Damages and Issues

We always want to be sure that you have received your product timely and in excellent condition. If there are any issues or problems with your order, we ask that you contact us at info@beezgone.com immediately so that we can work to remedy the issue. Our goal is to provide you excellent customer service with your amazing high-quality product(s).

Although we do not offer refunds, we will replace any products that we have an issue with or offer a store credit. Refunds are for rare occurrences and handled on a case-by-case basis only

Non-returnable items

Please do not send containers of products that have been opened by you prior to contacting us directly at info@beezgone.com. We do NOT accept returns of opened products, per rules and regulations we follow given by the FDA.
